Awl Snap wanted a fresh idea for launching a limited edition colorway of a popular bag design.
We decided to release the new design on Valentine’s Day and leaned into the playful vibe of the season. The color of the new bag was this gorgeous neutral ‘nude,’ so we really had some fun with the marketing angle- teasing the audience with a series of cheeky emails and Instagram posts and reels.
The campaign was a hit! 
Awl Snap had an average email open rate of 38%, which we were absolutely thrilled about. Even better, when compared to the previous year, the campaign drove a 77% increase in orders and an 18% increase in return customers.

The results were clear: our audience, both new and returning, loved the playful tone of our campaign, and, of course, the new product design.
